Raja Ampat

In November 2019 I joined a photography workshop aboard the Damai I. Located within the coral triangle, Raja Ampat is one of the most biodiverse areas in the world. The area features a great variety of dive sites, including pinnacles, walls, jetties, shallow reefs, fantastic macro sites and even jelly fish lakes. This photograph was taken at the Four Kings dive site, which is a set of four descending pinnacles. The amount of glass fish was unprecedented - it was a giant baitball covering the whole reef.
